Phyllis Elizabeth Dove, beloved daughter of Mabel L. Dove and the late Clifton Offord, Sr., was born in Olney, Maryland on September 8, 1965, and departed September 26, 2012, in Baltimore, Maryland. She was affectionately known as Phyl Baby. Phyllis accepted the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on January 21, 2007 at the Peace Christian Center Church, Virginia and came under the Shepherding, and covering for her soul under Pastor Jackie Russell. Phyllis attended Baltimore City Public Schools; she had a passion for nursing and was enrolled in a nursing program. Phyllis loved her children and was also extremely attached to her sisters and brothers. As a matter of fact, if someone would mess with with her family, she would be the first to say,"I don't think so." She is survived by three sons; Erza Purvey, Jesse, Jr., & Justin Barr; three daughters, Latoya Jones, Jessica & Makala Barr; two grandchildren; Joshua and Nadja Jones; three sister; Snowden Dove, Clairrese Ward, Doris Dutton, 7 nine brothers; Franklin, Wayne, Mitchell, Andrew, Charles, Willie dove & forest Sr., Clifton, Jr., and Marvin Offord. She was preceded in death by a sister Oneida Prather and a sister-in-law Carolyn dove. She also leaves behind nieces and nephews, brother-in-law Bryan Ward, special friends; Clemon D. Richardson, Jesse Barr, and many other relatives and friends.
