Obituary

Qur'eem Christopher Holloway, son of Gary L. Holloway Sr. and Yolanda C. Brown was born on November 2, 1989 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on September 2, 2014 after a senseless crime. Everybody knew Qur'eem as (Fat Cat) and that he was very funny and joked around a lot. He was a quiet little fat cheeked baby and he lovedfire trucks. He was always playful and enjoyed being outside. He received most of his education in Baltimore City Public Schools, but it was during the time he was incarcerated he earned his GED, wrote a book and awarded various other scholastic certifications. He was a very spiritual person in and out of confinement and when he was released Spring 2014 he frequently attended Sunday Services regularly with his family. While at church he met a very Special Young Lady Tiera West and developed an inti- mate domestic relationship. From an early age Fat Cat was very close with his older brother Qur'aan, they spent a lot of quality time together and they often hung out together with additional family members in the Park Heights Community. Fat Cat loved his family and friends and had a personal relationship with each one of them and he was very, very dear to his Grandmother. He loved to talk about his swag and everybody knew that he liked to get dressed and post pictures on social media where he had countless friends. Fat Cat love to read magazines, write, draw, and exercise. He also had a soft spot for chil- dren, Fat Cat was well known to baby sit loved ones children. Before his death he talked about marriage and he also was in the process of obtaining his CDL Llcense to drive trucks. He leaves to mourn: his parents, Yolanda Brown and Gary Holloway Sr.; one son, Shane; grandmother, Ruby Herbert; step granddad, Robert Lee Herbert; several brothers and sisters, Gary, Nicki, Randy, Brandy, Garrick, Ebony, Derrick, Fatrina, Raheem, Katrina, Cornelius, Lakia, Lamia, Rober- ta, Alliyah, Fay the, and Trinity; seven nephews, six nieces, five uncles, four aunts, one special fiance' Tiera W. and two special step children that meant the world to him, Treasure J. (Stinka-Binka) he called her and Alex 1. Also preceded him in death his grandmother, Christine Brown, two grandfathers, Leslie Holloway Jr. and Charles P. Brown Sr., one uncle, Leslie Holloway III and his best friend and brother, Qur'aan F. Holloway. --------------------------- Viewing Joseph H.
