On January 20, 2015 Qwontadious Isiah Morris departed this life at Saint Agnes Hospital at 12:00 a.m. Qwon was born on September 7, 1995 to Theodore Rooservelt Morris-Bey and Diane Davis. Qwon was always a happy and giving soul every time you saw him he always had a big smile on his face. He would give his life helping anyone especially family, and friends. Qwon was Educated in the Baltimore City Public School System he would always get the highest math scores on all his Statewide tests. Qwon had just started a new job and had plans for his mother, brother and sister.
