born on October 9,1970 in Baltimore, Maryland. She departed this life on

Raquel attended Baltimore City public schools and attended the Strayer

Business College, Baltimore Urban League Information Procession where she

received a certificate in Word processing, while maintaining an internship

position at Eastside District Court, worked at Yellow Transportation, was a

correctional officer, worked at Walters Art gallery, and Correct RX Pharmacy.
