Ralph Henry was born on June 17, 1961 in Baltimore, Maryland, to the late
Harley and Betty Henry. He was called home on October 17,2018. He resided
in Baltimore, Maryland all his life.

Ralph attended Baltimore City Public Schools, graduating from Northwestern
High School in 1979 where he played different sports such as lacrosse,
basketball, football, and softball. He spent the next several years in a
relationship with Jennifer Hamilton and from this union his son Dontae was
born. Years later, he met Ardella Henson; they were married on November
24, 1989. He was married to Ardella for 11 years until her death on November
24, 2000. From this union two daughters were born, Chelsie and Ariel.
Through this marriage he also gained a step-daughter, Tory Monroe. For
the past 13 years he shared his life with Vivian Williams and her children.

Ralph was a jack of all trades. He worked jobs such as a maintenance man,
delivery driver for a waterbed company, a manager at Roy Rogers, a youth
football coach, and his own home improvement business K&R Home
improvement.

Ralph enjoyed spending time with his family. Wherever he went he knew
everyone and everything about everyone. No matter where Ralph lived he
was the Mayor! He was known by several names: Huckabuck, Papa Smurf,
Blind Nellie, Pterodactyl, and BIG DADDY! He loved to laugh and could be
seen with a huge smile on his face that would make anyone smile. He also
loved watching his favorite NFL team, the Baltimore Ravens.

Ralph was preceded in death by: his parents Harley M. Henry Jr. & Betty Jane
Suggs Henry, his wife Ardella Henry, and brother-in-law Keith Davis.

Ralph's memory will be carried on by: his son Dontae Henry (Melissa); two
daughters Chelsie Henry (Roberto) and Ariel Henry (Anthony); bonus
daughters Tory Monroe (Usa) & Vivian Zellous; one sister Denise Davis; six
grandchildren Nastassja Morton, Davawn Arrington, Taedon, Kyan, & Arian
Henry, and Chloe Simmons; special companion Vivian Williams; one aunt
Gale Cruickshank; two uncles Wade Allen Jr. (Marie) & Ronnie Graham; two
nephews Keith (Jardae) & Hakeem Davis; two very special friends Charles
Powell--& Timothy Jackson; as well as other family members and many other
dear friends.
