Ralph V. Pulley, son of the late John and Gloria Pulley, was born on April 24, 1958 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on November 1, 2012, As a young child he enjoyed drawing and martial arts. As the youngest of seven his first instructors were were his older brothers. He was later formally trained in martial arts under Master Rawley Hawkins, Master Joe Palinzo and very good friend Master Brian Washington until he achieved a rank of fifth degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. He received his education through the Baltimore City Public School System. He knowledge of building maintenance and lawn care landed him a job at Ward Haines Industries. It is there, his passion flourished as he worked thee many years. Ralph was known for making you laugh, he was a natural funny man to his many friends and family. The Pimlico area was where he enjoyed spending free time. You could usually find him hanging with friends on Park Heights and Shirley Avenue. He leaves to mourn; a very special friend, Norma Graham; three brothers, John, James and Reginald; sister, Barbara Johnson; nineteen nieces and nephews; thirty-six great-nieces and nephews; and a host of other family members. He also leaves to mourn; favorite homeboys, Pee Wee, Link, Chicken George and all the Park Heights Crew.
