Randolph Adrian Starks Jr. "Randy" left us unexpectedly on October 27, 2014 in Baltimore, Maryland at the age of 33. Randy was born on March 19, 1981 in Baltimore, Maryland. He graduated from Northwestern High School in 2000. Randy was extremely active. He was a participant of the track team; wrestling team, and a member of the Air Force J.R.O.T.C. where he was a color guard. When Randy wasn't in school he was involved in boxing classes. He continued his education at Frostburg University, and Coppin State University where he studied journalism and psychology. Randy was a private person who enjoyed reading and knew a lot about African American History and astrology. Randy was a member of the Solvivaz Nation. He loved to travel, living in Florida, New York, and Connecticut. Randy was a very intelligent man who was fascinated by herbs. He was so fascinated that he became an Herbalist.
