Obituary

Ray A. Woodland, Jr. son of the late Ray A. Woodland Sr., and Cynthia
Pompey was born on May 5, 1972 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life
on Friday July 21, 2017.

Ray was determined to receive his education and promised his mother that he
would finish High School. He received his High School Diploma and many other
numerous training's. He was currently employed by Carroll Park Golf Course for
the past 4 years. He also had a Lawn Care Service Business that he did as a side
job for extra money.

Ray was known by many as "Moe" and was called "Ears" by his younger brother
Pop. Moe was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone. Moe was very
easy to please. He would accept anything you gave him. He was also known for
his big smile. Moe was known for cracking jokes on everyone and he always
made everyone laugh. He loved to dance and he made it clear that no one could
beat him in dancing. Moe was devoted to his family especially his girls (Amafica
and Sharay). Moe was very close to his Mom and there was a loving and special
bond that they shared. Wherever she went he was there. Moe always expressed
to his sister how he would stay in constant pray and have talks with God. Moe
loved to spend time with his sisters and brothers. One of us would always say get
your brother. There was always laughter when we all linked up. It was never a
dull moment. Moe will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew him.
