Ray Ellis White, the second son of Rachel and the late Ellis White, was born on February 6, 1943 in Baltimore, Maryland. After a lengethy illness, he departed this life on August 26, 2007. Ray received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System. On December 24, 1959 he married Bernadine Williams and from that union were born four children; Ray, Valerie, Anthony and Michael. he later married Charlise Rodgers, from this union was born Ellis Ray White. Ray also has two stepchildren Seqwaria and Danyella, whom he loved as his own. Ray had one great love and that was fishing. He would gather his rod and bucket and off he would go. Staying sometimes overnight trying to catch the ''Big One'', but that wqas the one that always got away. Ray had numerous jobs, the last one being H&S Bakery. If Ray called you a friend, there ws nothing he wouldn't do for you and he had a great many life long friends. He was loved by many and will be missed by all. He leaves to cherish his memory: his sons, ray, Anthony, Michael and Ellis; daughter, Valerie; two stepchildren Seqaria and Danyella; his mother, Rachel White; brothers,Leonard, Vernon, Michael, Ronald wife Gloria and Delroy wife Gloria; sister, Sheila Wilson and numerous grand and great-grandchildren, and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and many, many friends.
