Raymond Ellsworth Bass Sr . , son of the late Lorraine Bass and
Freeman Walter Miller was born on October 15, 1947. He departed his
life suddenly on October 16, 2017.

He was educated in the Baltimore City Public School Systems.

Known by Skeezie and Pop Pop, he was employed by Capital Steel, Deli
Brands, and had a host of other skills as a laborer.

Skeezie enjoyed spending time with family and friends, he was always
representing South Baltimore. He enjoyed watching sports, hanging out
in Jiggs Bar and playing his lottery numbers.

His daughter, Yolanda Lorranie Bass-Little and son, Raymond Ells-
worth Bass Jr., preceded Skeezie in death.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his brother, Horace Tyrone Bass; his
aunt, Ruth Bass; his daughters, Tina Bass-Smith, Shelly Bass-Fields,
Valencia Hepburn, and Renata R. Bass; two sons-in-law, one daughter-
in-law, an adoptive daughter, Dana Burtwell, a host of grandchildren,
great grandchildren, cousins, friends and a devoted friend for 40 years
