On Sunday January 16, 2022,

after a lengthy illness,

Reginald Tyrone Lloyd Sr,

affectionately known as

"Regg" or "Reggie" went

home to be with the Lord.

He was born to the late

William and Jean Lloyd on

April 3, 1955. He was the

middle child of seven siblings,

one who preceded

him in death; James.

He was born and raised in

West Baltimore, and educated

in the Baltimore City Public

School System where he

graduated from Edmondson High. Regg had two children whom he

loved.

Regg went to work at an early age; from a paper route as a child, to

work study in high school. He was always employed. After high

school He went to work for Sparrows Point and the General Motors

Corporation, going on to retire from Memtec, formally the Filterite

Brunswick Corporation and Diageo, formerly Seagrams.

Regg was outspoken and frank, but sociable, funny, and loving. He

was a jokester and always liked to be the life of the party, especially

at family gatherings, and loved to sing. Regg also had a strong

personal relation with the lord. He always said, "God has laid out a

path for me, all I can do is walk it. A sports fanatic, he was a die hard

Steelers fan ever since the Colts left Baltimore and loved to watch

The Red Zone.

Regg had a year's long devoted friend, Kantrist Clark who preceded

him in death in 2021.

He is survived by one daughter Regina Day, one son Reginald Lloyd

Jr. 5 siblings; Wayne, Michael, Vanessa, Alan (Angela) and Kevin

(Theresa), six grandchildren, two great grandchildren, two aunts

Martha and Joyce, nieces & nephews, cousins, and a host of other

relatives and friends.
