On Saturday, April 27, 2024, Reginald Lucas, Sr. gained his wings in the care of Johns Hopkins Hospital surrounded by family and dear friends.
Reginald, affectionately known as "Reggie" or "Baby Boy' was born July 2,1967 to loving parents, the late Leroy Hall and late Geneva Lucas.
Reggie attended school at Archbishop Curley, Cardinal Gibbons, as well as Lake Clifton High School. Reggie was known as a ball of fun and joy to be around. He was a community philanthropist who donated time
to the local soup kitchens.
He was devoted to his religious beliefs and growing closer to God in his time here on earth. Reggie sang in the church choir along side his road dog, brother, and best friend Dean. Known as Batman and Robin, you couldn't find one without the other.
Additionally, Reggie was also gifted with his hands as a handyman and
at times being able to travel to display his skills in the area of home improvement.
Being small in stature at 5 foot five, with fire in his eyes, Reggie was fearless in any endeavor he pursued. If you got to know Reggie you got know a charming and charismatic individual who kept a smile and a joke in his pocket ready to provide laughs and joy to those he encountered.
Let's remember Reggie for the joy he was as a man and remember in his words GOD GOT US.
Reggie or Baby-boy leaves to cherish his memory sister Shelley Jones (James), brother Calvin Lucas, Jr. (Judy) and his late sister Annette Lu cas, his five boys Reginald Lucas Jr, (Jeraka), Quashawn Lucas, Dashawn Lucas, and two other sons, a number of grandkids Quashawn Jr, Dashawn Jr, Mekhi, Ahmonie, Reagan, Kaiden, and Ruri Lucas, nieces Nicole Privette (Troy), Charlene Lucas, Latoya Lucas, nephew Derryl Turner, and a host of Aunts, Cousins, extended family and friends.
