Reginald Smith, affectionately known as "Reggie", aka "Smitty", son of the late James Andrese Smith and the late Norma Charolette Twyman was born on August 22, 1951 in Baltimore, Maryland. He attended Baltimore City Schools where he graduated. Reggie was united in marriage to the late Linda Joyce Hargrove. He was a hard worker and had numerous jobs and was a good provider. He loved being on Lanvale Street with his friends, playing cards, pitching horseshoes, and enjoyed listening to oldies but goodies. After years of battling several illnesses he departed this life on April 18, 2015 at 11:06 p.m. Reggie leaves to mourn: two daughters, Charmaine and Sharquill; one son-in-law, Ronald; three grandchildren, Rashawnda, Rawmes and the late Ronald Gibbs and a host of nieces and nephews and friends.
