Renee Carter daughter of Earlie D. Carter and the late Jessie M. Carter, was born on Mary 23, 1976 in Baltimore, Maryland. She de- parted this life on February 16, 2015 at Sinai Hospital after a lengthy illness. Renee' received her education in the Baltimore City Public Schools System. She also accepted "Christ" as her personal savior at an early age while attending Vacation Bible School at Manna Bible Baptist Church. After high school Renee' worked various jobs in the customer service industry until her health declined; after which she went on dis- ability. Renee' didn't have any children of her own but helped to raise all of her nieces and nephew, she loved her family dearly. In July 2011 Renee' went on dialysis at the Bertha Sirk Facility where she made many lasting friendships with the other patients whom she came to refer to as her 2nd family. Renee' enjoyed cooking, shopping and going to the casino, she also enjoyed listening to gospel music and spending time with her cat "Poo- Poo" whom she loved dearly. She leaves to mourn: her dad, Earlie D. Carter; two sisters, Toni Dargan and Elizabeth Carter; one brother, Earl Carter; four nieces, one nephew and a host of other relatives and friends.
