Renee Rosa Lowder, born in Baltimore City, Maryland on January 6, 1958, departed this life on January 27, 2012. She was the first of four children born to Freddie Yarberough and Joanna Pearl Bias. She attended Baltimore Public elementary and high schools. She got a job at Poplar Groove Nursing home. She met married Leroy Peeples and out of that union came three children, Stacy, Theron, and Sherita. Later she became a gna/cna at GBMC where she was employed for 19 years. 2006 she met and married Hontze Lowder. Renee started studying in the mid eighties and was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on March 16, 1991. She was a servant of Jehovah always out in the ministry. She served as a regular pioneer and later an auxiliary for several years. She gave so much love and kindness to her community, Jehovah, her family and her friends. Renee was devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Those left to cherish pleasant memories re her husband, Hontze Lowder; three children, Stacy Bias, Theron Peeples, Sherita Peeples; seven grand kids, Tea Capps, Briana Shaw, Ikeira Bias, Tre'sean White, Nathan Peeples and Jordan Felder; one sister, Wanda Bis, two brothers, Darrly Bias and Duane Bias, one aunt Peggy Hightower; one favorite cousin Wootie and host of nephew, nieces, cousins and friends.
