Rhoda V. Hudson (Cox), daughter of the late Gloria and Vernon Cox, Sr. was born March 23,1948 in Baltimore, Maryland. She went to be with the Lord peacefully on Monday October 7, 2013 after a very brief illness. "Neecy" or "Mama Moo" as she was affectionately called by everyone was married to the love of her life, Ernest "Ernie" Hudson until his passing. They enjoyed over twenty years of blissful love. She was the proud mother of her only child, Craig Cox. Neecy attended Whitestone Baptist Church where she was baptized, and attended every Sunday until her health prevented her from going. Neecy was educated in Baltimore City Public Schools. Mama Moo was a joy to be around and could bring laughter to any situation; she truly livened up any gathering. She loved ironing and cleaning not just for herself, but for others as well, and kept an immaculate home. Everything had a place. SHE WAS SO FUNNY!! & oh how she could DRESS, everything always matched from head to toe. Neecy made friends easily. She will truly be missed. Rhoda leaves to cherish her memory: her son Craig Cox; six grandchildren; one sister, Gail Broughton; one brother, Vernon Cox Jr.; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and special memories of her love, and laughter.
