Richard Lee Carter, Jr. was born August 30, 1977 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Richard and Carrie Carter. He departed this life on Wednesday, August 10, 2011. Richard was educated in the Baltimore public school system, and later earned certification as an HVAC technician. "RC" was very athletic in high school, excelling in Football and basketball. He loved spending time with his family watching pro football and basketball. He was known for his loud and animated personality. He leaves to cherish his memory, two sons Richard Carter III of Baltimore, Jose Manuel of Edgewood, two brothers, Richard Sanford of Bridgeton, NJ and Gilbert Sanford of Baltimore, one uncle, Ronald Baker Sandra of Bridgeton, two aunts, Marie Hammond of Baltimore and Christine Holloway of Bridgeton, NJ, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Richard and Carrie Carter, one brother, David Sanford and one sister, Darlene Preston.
