Richard Givens was born in Baltimore, Maryland on
December the 6th 1945 to Rosie Elizabeth Graham
Givens and Raymond Givens. On Friday, February
16, 2018, Richard Givens left this earth.

Richard was raised in Baltimore City and attended
Baltimore City Public Schools. Richard will be
greatly missed, by many of the people who knew
him. Richard had a great personality, and generous
heart. Richard loved to tell stories to make the
people around him laugh. Later in his life, Richard
was a caretaker of an elderly man until he passed
away. He loved to see young people grow up.

Richard really cherished his family ties.

Richard is survived by his sisters Mrs. Stephanie
Jordan and Mrs. Rosie Jenkins, and brothers Raymond
Givens, Gregory Hollis, and Grayling Hollis, His Sister
Gwendolyn Williams preceded him. He left behind
many Cousins, nieces and nephews, who loved him
dearly. He leaves behind caring, close friend Miriam
Carter. Wife Sadie Collins preceded him in death. He is
also leaving behind, Step children, Mrs. Patricia James,
Michael Collins, Frank Collins, Burley Collins,
grandchildren and grandchildren, Taleshia Davison,
Trisha James, and Dino James and a host of friends and
family.
