Richard P. Williams, son of Francs Williams and the late James Williams, was born on September 30, 1937 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on May 31, 2007. Richard received his education i Baltimore City public schools. He was employed by WW Motors, Cockey's Enterprise and later employed at Zamoski Company in Baltimore for twenty-five years until he retird in 2002. In 1972 Richard met and married the love of his life, Agnes McLean in Baltimopre, Maryland. Richard made numrous of friends whereverhe went and will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew him. He was always a true friend and a devoted family man. Richard leaves to mourn: a very devoted wife, Agnes Williams; four sons, Richard P. Williams, Jr., Wayne, Rodney and Darren; three daughters, Yolanda, Trinetta and Linnea; two sons-in-law and three daughter-in-law and fifteen grandchildren; his mother, Frances Williams; and one brother, James Williams; a mother-in-law, two brothers-in-law and five sisters-in-law; a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends including devoted friend, Roanld Bell.
