Richarldo Vincente Manuel Garcia, was born November 4, 1962 to the

late Daniel and Frances Garcia of Severna Park, Maryland. He was a

very high-spirited person and went about his life doing whatever he

could for those in need. On Friday, May 31,2019 he answer God's call

and entered into eternal rest.

Ricky as he was affectionately known by family and friends, received

his education and Anne Arundel County Public Schools, graduating

from Chesapeake High School. He entered the Army and was trained as

a mechanic. He applied those skills through his life.

Left to cherish his memory: his loving wife, Barbara Garcia; loving

children, Richarldo Garcia, Rico Garcia, Tony Harrell, Crystal Garcia,

Sharika Garcia, Kenya Watkins and Tarsha Dawkins; siblings, Willard

Glenn, Barbara Taylor, Geraldine Johnson, Linda Garcia, Darlene Gar-

cia-Massari and Frances Garcia-Vaughn and a host of grandchildren,

great-grandchildren, relatives and friends.

Richarldo or Ricky as often called was preceded in death by his parents,

Daniel and Frances Garcia and a beloved niece, Deanna Johnson (Terry).
