Robert Jerome Brogden was was born on April 10, 1938 in Baltimore, Maryland. He was the first of six born to the late Mary Naomi and Benjamin N. Brogden. Known by family and friends as "Bobby," he received his preliminary education in the Baltimore city Public School System and graduated form John C. Freemont High School in Los Angeles, California in 1957. He worked various jobs before becoming self employed as an independent contractor, prior to taking ill. bobby loved to travel, play sports mainly baseball and enjoyed card games, bidwiz being his favorite. He belonged to several social clubs such as Ten Plus Club and Half Century Friends. Bobby was best known for his sociable personality sense of humor and charisma. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Gerald and Reginald and sister Yvette. He leaves to mourn; six children, Rory Fisher, Diane Brogden-Harris, Rodney Brogden-Douglas, Kevin Brogden, Teri Brogden and Kara Brogden; two daughters-in-law and one son-in-law; twelve grandchildren, Chanell, Kelly, Jerrod, Rashae, Brielle, Kevin Jr., Timothy Jr., Rory Jr., Kevon, Joseph, Carter, and Kendell;two great-grandchildren, Morgan and Emmanuel; brother, Donald; sister, Saundra; sister-in-law, Paulette Brogden; nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends
