Robert Byrd a lifelong resident of Baltimore Citypassed unexpectedly on March 16, 2020 at the age of 67. Robert was born onMay 5, 1952 to the late great Willie Rob Byrd and Evealena Byrd.
Robert was an extraordinary man, Robert was a man of strong moralsand he treated everyone with love, courtesy and respect. His ability tocommunicate easily and effectively and establish a definite rapport withpeople has resulted in a group of loyal friends. Robert had a smile that litup the room and his hug was warmand embracing and back up by thesethree words "I love you".
Robert was a dedicated father, he treasured his children and embraced every moment with them. Among has many interest, playing the guitar was his favorite. Robert was atirelessly hard worker, often working long hours so that he could provide for his family. Robert worked twenty years atWR Grace and 10 years at Lyons & Conklin. Up until his passing his kids still depended on him, for not only the basic necessities, but for the unique relationship.
Robert will sadly be missed, but if we take heed to 1st Thessalonians 4:13 and it states; we don't want you to be unifonned about those who sleep in death so that you're not grieving like the rest who are without hope. See God explained it further at 1 Thessalonians 4:14 in the family of faith, our goodbyes are never truly goodbyes, but rather we look forward to seeing one another again.
Robert is survived by his first wife and partner, Francena Byrd; his five sons, Calvin, Robert Jr., Michael Bernard, Michael and Mark; his three daughters, Teresa, Kellisa and Calitta; only god daughter Tanessa; one brother, Willie Byrd; one sister, Helena Byrd; four nieces and three nephews, 23 grandkids and a host of great grandkids; one sister-in-law, Ada.
