Robert Nathaniel Garrison, Jr. was born on April 8, 1940.
He was preceded in death by his parents Robert N.
Garrison, Sr. and Pearl Alston Garrison. He departed this
life suddenly on Friday, May 26, 2017.

Junior as he was affectionately known by family and friends
received his education in the Baltimore City Schools. Being
one of the oldest children of his fifteen brothers and sisters,
Junior began working with his father and held multiple jobs.
He was a truck driver for Korvette's Furniture and retired
from Caterpillar Engine. After retiring, he continued to drive
trucks for a local wholefood warehouse.

He met and married Loretta in November 1958 and from
that union they had five children, Karen, Tony, LaVel,
Nathan and Robin. They later parted and he met Sylvia
Garrison, they have four children, Robert III, Kimberly,
Jerri and Dwayne.

Junior enjoyed dressing nicely and wearing his hats, he
enjoyed, taking photos, growing plants, his fish tanks,
electronics and music. He loved his family and always
enjoyed the time spent with everyone. Being a stern but
loving man, he said what he meant and was extremely
honest.

Robert N Garrison Sr., will be missed by his wife, Sylvia
Garrison, his children, Karen Ghee, Tony Garrison, LaVel
Anderson, Nathan Garrison, Robin Johnson, Robert N.
Garrison, III, Kimberly Garrison, Jerri Garrison and
Dwayne Garrison, one aunt Velma Green (Gloucester, VA),
15 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; his sisters and
brothers, Theodore, Marian, Barbara, Donnie (Branford,
CT), Pearl, Deborah, Beverly, Joyce, Brenda and Linda. Not
to mention his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
