On Saturday June 6, 2020 early in the morning Rochelle was called home to be with the Lord. Rochelle was born April 27, 1962 in Emporia, Virginia. She is the daughterofClara Harding and the late Wilbert Harding Sr.

Rochelle attended school in Baltimore, Maryland and grad- uated from Paul Lawrence Dunbar High School. She received her AA degree from the Community CollegeofBaltimore County. Rochelle continued her education at the UniversityofBaltimore. She was employed with the Maryland Medical Assistance Program from 1986 to 1998. Rochelle was an excellent employee and received several certificates under their employment.

Rochelle was a memberofJeremiah Temple Church in Baltimore. She gave her life to Christ in 2004. She was also the Sunday School Secretary that kept excellent records. Reading her Bible kept her spiritually guided.

Rochelle was a loving and devoted wife, a wonderful caring mother and loving grandmother. Rochelle loved cooking and baking for her dear family. She was good at sewing, crafts, computers and also doing hair. Whenever she had her mind set on something, it was very hard for anyone to change it.

Rochelle and Isaac met April 1977. They were married February 6th, 1984.

Rochelle leaves to celebrate her "Homecoming to Christ" her devoted husbandof36 years: Isaac; two sons, Antwan and Maurice; seven grandchildren: Nijiayh, Amari, Camer- in, Arianna, Mikai, Amir and Adaiah. A loving mother, Clara Harding; one sister, Crystal McCormick, two brothers, Wilbert Jr. and Christopher, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and several close friends.
