Roderick Marcellus Amos was borntoValesa Price and Darnell Amos on May 4, 1991 in Baltimore, Maryland. He entered his eternal reston Thursday April 2, 2020.



Roderick accepted the Lord as his savoir at a young ageatBethel AME Church in Baltimore, Maryland.



Roderick received his education intheBaltimore County Public School System. He graduated on May 31, 2009fromParkville High Schoolfor Mathematics, Science, and Computer Science. He pursued his passion forhair completingtheCosmetology CourseatThe Medix Cosmetology School in 2012. Roderick also spenttimeworkingat the Volunteer Officeof theDepartmentofSocial Services.



Roderick was a conversationalist. He was a boisterous firecracker wholoved a good debate. He lovedtojoke and make people laugh. He enjoyed listeningtoR&B music and loved cooking, especially his specialty, spaghetti. He enjoyed watching sports and spendingtime atall the family cookouts and festivitieswithhisdad. Roderick wasextremely close with his mother. They enjoyed shopping together, laughing together, and he also enjoyed styling her hair. Making sure she was always good was oneofhis priorities. Roderick loved spendingtime withDevin and Travon,whoweretwo ofhis closest friends. He made certaintostay in close contactwithhis sister Raquel,whoresides in Atlanta, Georgia, as he envisionedthe possibilityofrelocating there one day. Roderick loved all holidays but Christmas was his favorite. You could catch himputtingupthetree and decorations and wrapping giftswithhis younger sister Makenzie.



Roderickwas preceded in deathbyhis great grandparents; Mr.&Mrs. Reginald and Fannie Holden Sr.,Mr.&Mrs. Luther and Lillian Amos. Grandfather; Clarence Blanks Sr.



Roderickleavestocherish his memories: Parents;Valesa Price (Larry) and Darnell Amos (Kendra). Grandparents; Robert Price, Mary Green, and Cecelia Amos Blanks. Sisters; Raquel Graham and Makenzie Wallace. Brother; Darren Amos and Step Brother DariusRoyster. Aunts and Uncles; Valerie Price, Samaiya Green, Nicole Guagenti, Dominic Amos, Tyrie Amos, Tamika Haynes (Anthony), and Ani Washington (Terrence). Niece and nephew; Ismael Abdel Johnson and Eva Marie Ward: Special Friend, Shawn Ray. Alongwith a hostofother great aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
