Rodney James Colbert , was born February 1, 1964 in Baltimore,
Maryland, son of Joseph and Pauline Colbert. He departed this life on
January 3, 2017 after a lengthy illness.

He received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System.
He attended Lake Clifton High School.

Rodney had numerous jobs but he loved working at Johns Hopkins
Hospital.

Rodney spent a great deal of his time taking care of his mother at home
and at Keswick. He also enjoyed sports. His heart was in East Balti-
more where he was born and raised.

He excepted Christ in his life in November.

He leaves to mourn: four children, Rodney James Colbert Jr., Ronnette
(Nikki) Colbert, Autumn Colbert and Gerard Leon Colbert; two grand-
daughters, Madison Colbert and Aloni Hawks; five siblings, Brenda J.
Boyd, Cassandra Taylor, Steven Taylor, Nathaniel Colbert and Yvette
Colbert; two brothers preceded him in death, Ronald Taylor Sr. and
Ricky Taylor and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins by the dozens, lots
of friends and a very special friend, Keatrice Lee.
