Rodney T. Luckey son of the late Jannie B. Luckey and Jessie L. Luckey
was born on January 15, 1972 in Baltimore City Hospital. He departed
this life on January 29, 2016.

'He received his education in the Baltimore City Public Schools. Rodney
made numerous friends wherever he went and will be sincerely missed by
everyone who knew him. He was a special friend with a good heart and
always willing to lend a hand to help out. To know him was to love him he
always brought a smile to your face with his happy spirit and joy.

He leaves to mourn: his two sisters, Renee Luckey and Wanda Simmons;
his two brothers, Richard Simmons and Carlton Simmons; five nephews,
Carlton Jr., Kevin, Michael, Steven and Ch' e; four nieces, Channel,
Tramika, Patricia and Amia; three aunts, Aunt Margaret, Aunt Lila and
