Ronald Kennedy, son of the late Jacob Kennedy and Mary Kennedy was born June 25, 1963 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life December 2, 2016.

He received his formal education at Southern High School in Baltimore, MD.

After high school he worked various jobs around Baltimore.

Kencade made friends wherever he went. He was a kind and friendly person who was well liked by everyone. Kencade will truly be missed by family and friends.

Preceded him in death: father, Jacob Kennedy; brothers, Melvin and Derrick Kennedy; grandparents, Madison (Doc) Mcknight, Lucille McK- night and Desiree Nelson.

He leaves to mourn his passing: mother, Mary Kennedy of Baltimore, MD; son, Issac Railey and wife Senaah Railey of Lubbock, TX; grand- children, Issac Jr., Breshauna, Aiden and Anna; aunts, Mamie Essie Hilton of Manning, SC, Lucinda Benjamin of New York, NY; a special niece, (Nita) Ramona Walcott of Delaware and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends; with special mention Danny and Mike Hall.
