RonaldEverett Moody and his twin the late Donald Moody wereborn to thelate Houston Coleman and Ida Mae Moody on October17, 1949. He departed this life on January17, 2020 after a lengthy illness.
Hereceived his education in the Baltimore City Public SchoolSystem Havinggraduated from Frederick Douglass High School class of1968hewent on andattended Community College.
Ronaldaccepted Jesus Christashis personal savior and was baptizedat First Baptist Church, 525 N.Caroline Street at an early age. Hewould attend various churches throughout Baltimore City.
Upongraduation he began his work careeratWestern ElectricCompany. In 1970he began24years of dedicated services with Baltimore CityDepartment of Housing. He retired in 1994asSenior Housing Inspector.
Ronald (Ronnie)ashe was affectionately called was quitethe character. Ronniewasknowntokeep you laughing and enjoyed watchingthe soap operas, keepingupon the latest celebrity news, fashionsand trends. The room wasfilled with laughter whenever he was on a roll. Ronnieabsolutely lovedlife.He wasknowntowear the latest fashions, emaculenthomes, threwthe best parties and lovedtotravel. Ronnie was loving,dependable,charismatictoall who knew him, loved him. Ronnie will livein our hearts forever. Hehad a special love for family and close friends.He also hada specialbond with his many nieces and nephews. Ronniewill surely be missed, he was the life of the party.
OnFriday January17,2020 God peacefully call Ronaldhome. Ronald was precededindeath by his parents and brothers, Donald, Shermanand Sheldon Moody.
Thelast10years Ronald lived in Cambridge, Maryland withhis brother Frank.
Ronald leaves tocherish his loving memory: beloved and devotedsiblings, BrendaM. Bivins, Roxanne Stevenson, Geneva Moody,andFrankMoody; including nieces andnephews, Veronica Hickman of Kansas,John Wilsonof Wisconsin, Kevin, Michelle, Kimberly, Bilal,Rashaun, Korey, Zaniab,Brittany, Brooke, BrionaandBlessin and a host of greatniecesandgreat nephews andother relativesandfriends. Devoted cousinLelia Harrison.
