RONALD P. SPEAKS JR. (better known as Daylight) was born on March 26, 1966 in Baltimore, MD. To the late Ronald P. Speaks Sr. and Nancy "Pinky" Speaks. Ronald departed his life on July 17, 2025 after a brief illness. Ronald attended Baltimore City Public Schools. He married Joan Speaks on June 2, 2000 in Baltimore, Maryland. Ronald worked many jobs, with his last employment at Candyman Distribution Warehouse. If you knew Ronald you would know he had a love for cars, video games and most of all music. You could find him dancing to his favorite runes, playing air drums and he could even DJ. He leaves to cherish his memory: wife Joan Speaks; children, Ronald Speaks 3rd, Tiffany Barnes, Ricky Malone, and Tonya Malone; siblings, Antwone Hooper, Tina Speaks, Tracy Speaks, Rita Speaks, Sean Speaks, Jamal Speaks, and Dorian Speaks; 2 Fur babies, Blessing and Diamond, 11 grandkids and 6 great grandchildren; brother and sister in laws, and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
