,
son of late Ethel Hunter and Lewis Glover was
born on December 14, 1947. He departed this life on August 8, 2016.
Ronnie received his education in Baltimore City School System.
Ronnie worked several jobs in his lifetime, a cab driver for yellow cab
company, Baltimore Sun Company, Insurance agent for Western South-
ern Insurance Company, the Department of Sanitation Baltimore City.
He worked for Maryland Environmental Department where he was a
water plant operator for over 30 years until he retired in March 2013.
Ronnie loved to travel and enjoyed long distance driving, he enjoyed
taking care of his grandchildren, and he spoiled them as much as he
could. He loved to play the lottery and scratch offs, if the ponies where
running you would find him at the race track. He seemed to have friends
everywhere he would travel.
Ronnie and Barbara were married on February 12, 1966, and from their
union they had 5 children; Ronald, Valerie, Sonia, Leslie, and William.
Ronnie had another daughter Faith Hunter-Smee, he was a proud father
and, a great provider.
Later in life he met his life friend, Mariam Wood, he became a father
figure to her 3 children; Stacey, Meshon, and Tony.
He leaves to mourn: his wife, Barbara Hunter; son, Ronald Hunter;
daughters, Valerie Hunter, Sonia Hunter; Leslie Hunter, Faith Hunter-
Smee; daughter-in-law, Raye Hunter; son, William Hunter preceded
him in death; life friend, Mariam Wood, and children, Stacey Strickland,
Meshon Smith, and Tony Wood Jr.; sisters, Sliver Spencer, Sonia
Thomas, and Barbara Hunter; two sisters and two brothers preceded him
in the death, Louise Hunter, Valerie Hunter, Theodore Upsher, and
Ronald Hunter; two brother-in-laws, James and William Domneys,
three sister-in-laws, Mary Domneys, Pauline Squirrell, and Margaret
Domneys, nineteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and
host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
