Roosevelt B. Tillman III, son of Roosevelt B. Tillman, II and Shirley E. Allen, was born on December 11, 1990 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on April 5, 2011. He received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System. At the age of five years old he developed a love for cars. As he got older he bought and sold vehicles frequently. Fu-Fu, as everyone knew him, was the life of the party and was the leader of the pack. He enjoyed making and spending money. He enjoyed listening to music and parting. He loved kids and he had a sixth sense of reading people. Even though he had his ways, he was respected eveywhere he went. He loved Reisterstown Road and Mulberry Street. He was a devoted and loyal friend to many and was a loving family man. He leaves to mourn; his mother, Shirley E. Allen; father, Roosvelt B. Tillman, II, daughter, Jewel Tillam; an unborn child, stepdaughter, Taijuan Epps, stepson, Taeon Epps; three sisters, Tiffany Ramsey, Gail Tilman and Wondetta Shaw; brother, Avon Allen; two newphews, Donte Royster and Marquise Ramsey who preceded him in death; one niece, Aniyah Allen; grandmother Shirley A. Allen; three uncles, Michael Allen, Jr., Aaron Allen, and Charles Jackson; great uncle, Russell Allen; eight aunts, Eleanor Allen, Roxanne Allen, Helen Allen, Pamela Allen, Aja Allen, Courtney Allen, Adrin Tolliver and Valerie Tillman, two special friends, Lashonda bagley and Ryan Holmes; and a host of other family and friends.
