Rosa Regina Rodgers, was born on December 28, 1942 to late Rosa and Carroll Rodgers. Rosa atended Edmondson High School where she graduated in 1961. She worked part-time at Read's Drug Store and A&P Supermarket, while attending Bay College and later Morgan State College. She later worked at the B&O Railroad doing office work. From 1973, she worked at T. Rowe Price Associates in the Human Resources Department, until her early retirement in the year 2000. Rosa was a very devoted wife and church member of St. Katherine Episcopal Church, where she sang on the choir and served on many committees. She alson volunteered her time for the benefit of the church. She life St. Katherine in 1999. From year 2002 until her death she attended she attendd St. Mark's Lutheran church. She departed this life on April 15, 2006. Rosa lovingly leaves behind to cherish her memory: her husband of twenty-six years, James W. Lloyd; sister, Carol B. Allen; and aunts, Regina McCoy and Geraldine Beasley; four brothers-in-law, five sisters-in-law; and a very dear friend, Joanne Rucks; and a host of other relatives and friends.
