Rose Shorter, daughter of the late William Warfield and Mary Viola Fenwick was born on May 1, 1942 in Baltimore, Maryland. She departed this life on February 28, 2015 after a courageous battle with cancer. She received her education in the Baltimore City Public Schools System. After high school she gained employment in the nursing field and has been a loyal employee until she retired. Rose had two children, Gerald Michael Shorter and Albert Maurice Shorter. She made numerous friends wherever she went and will be sin- cerely missed by everyone. She leaves to mourn: sons, Gerald Michael Shorter and Albert Maurice Shorter; sisters, Anna Hopewell, Elizabeth Malachi, Mar- garet Jenkins and Agnes Leggett; seven grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. ~------------------------------------------------------------- Memorial Service Joseph H.
