Roxanne Patricia Coe, daughter of the late Louise Lewis and the late Edward Jackson, was born on August 22, 1949 in Baltimore , Maryland. She departed this li fe on October 11, 2015 at Universit y of Maryland Hosp i tal after a acu t e i ll ness .

Roxanne was k nown by fami l y and friends as '" Doll " .

Roxanne received her education in Baltimore City Public School System. She attended Edmondson High School . After high school she gained em ployment as a re t ail sa l es clerk and later on became a housewife.

Roxanne enjoyed l istening to old school music and taking care of her grandchildren . Roxan n e was a loving and caring person who would always greet you with a smi l e.

Roxanne had one daughter that the Lord called home before her, Cherylene Coe .

Roxanne leaves t o c h erish her memory: four sons, Charles Coe, C l ayton Coe, Andre ' Coe and A l onzo Coe; two daughters, Charlen Coe and Carolyn Coe; eighteen grandch il dren and one great - granddaughter, Yasmeen Elisha Fatimah; one daughter - in - law , Shanna Coe and a host of other re l atives and friends.
