4, 1928

Baltimore

Maryland. Ruth was one of nine children
.
She
received her education in the Baltimore City Public Schools.
Ruth worked various jobs and retired from Towson
University.
Ruth enjoyed sitting on her front steps
,
family gatherings,
playing cards and going to the market. She loved reading
the newspaper and playing the lottery.
Ruth was preceded in death by her brothers, James, Frank
and Robert "Reds" Carter; sisters Dorothy Virginia Carter
Jones and Blanche Lorraine Carter. She was also preceded
in death by her daughter Michelle Louise Carter
,
grandsons

Chambers, Gregory and Ernie Robinson,
granddaughters Lonnie and Kimberly Robinson and great
