Samuel McClendon, Jr., son of Samuel Sr., and Mattie McClendon, was born on December 8, 1959 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on October 23, 2012. Samuel attended Baltimore City Public Schools. Samuel liked to make money so he used his different talents to do all types of jobs. He joined the New Unity Baptist Church at a young age, m and attended for many years. Samuel made numerous friends wherever he went and will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew him. He was a very outspoken man. 'It was his way or no way! He leaves to cherish his memory; his parents, Samuel, Sr., and Mattie McClendon; sister, Regina Perry Alphonso Perry, Sr.; brother, Erwin Johnson; two sisters-in-law, Diana McClendon and Michele McClendon; two uncles, Norman Powell and Robert Powell; one aunt, Lola Davis; three nieces, Alicia Perry, Sheena McClendon and Wyvonne McClendon; three nephews, Michael Harris, Jr., Alphonso Perry, Jr., and Shawn Perry; he also leaves a host of other relatives and friends. Samuel was preceded in death by his brothers, Allan and Andrew McClendon.
