Sandra Lavett e John s on aka Kissy, daughter of Luther and
Eva Joyner, was born in Baltimore, Maryland on August 13, 1961.
She ended her battle with a long term illness and was called
home to Glory on Sunday, September 9,2018.

As a child Sandra sung on the children's choir at Wayland Baptist
Church where the family were members. She was a quiet child
but seen by her brothers as mischievous. As the only girl she
knew how to use that to her advantage to get her way.

Sandra was educated in the Baltimore City School system arid
finished her education at Edmondson High School. Shortly after
she was blessed with her first child, Natasha.

In 1982 she was married and from that union two more children
were born, Tiera and Teresa. Sandra loved to do hair and would
often style hair for her neighbors. In 2000, she attended
Baltimore Studio of Hair Design to pursue her cosmetology
career. After schooling she starting working in the neighborhood
salon to build her clientele.

Although Sandra was a quiet person who liked to live a private
life, she loved to laugh and have a good time. She would often
have people over her house and cook for them. She would help
whomever she could even when she was down herself. Her smile
will be truly missed.

Sandra leaves to cherish her memory her parents, Luther Joyner
and Eva Joyner; three daughters, Natasha Ziegler (Shawn), Tiera
McCoy (Devin), Teresa Carpenter (Chaz); one grandson, Devin
Veney; one granddaughter D'Neah McCoy; three brothers, David
Joyner, Ellis Joyner (Marcella), Roderick Joyner (Gwendolyn), 9
