Sandra P. Ringgold, daughter of Arthur L. Ringgold Sr. and the late Gloria

W. Ringgold was born on November 8, 1960 in Baltimore, Maryland. She

departed this life on March 31, 2019 after a lengthy illness.

Sandra was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System. She

graduated from Walbrook High School. She worked for a time at Goodwill

Industries. She attended the Gospel Tabernacle Baptist Church.

She loved reading, watching Perry Mason and all the old TV shows. Her

favorite pastime was just hanging out with her mom, shopping, traveling

watching TV or listening to music.

She was a loving and faithful caregiver to her brothers, Courtney and

Christopher. She was quiet and soft-spoken with a tender heart; always

looking out for others.

Her brothers, Courtney and Jeffrey preceded her in death.

Sandra is survived by: Father Arthur Sr.; brothers, Michael (Sonya), Art Jr.

and Christopher; her nieces, Shante (Bryan) and Tyrita (Todd); great niece,

Tiara; great nephews, Caleb and Ryan; great great nephew, Tayon and a host

of cousins near and far and two special neighbors.
