Sarah a. Reid, daugther of the late Nathaniel Scott and Alverta Scott, was born on Febuary 17, 1926 in baltimore, Maryland. She departed this life on November 24, 2010 after a lengthy illness. She receiived her education in the Baltimore, City Public School System. She also furthered her education at Catonville Community College. She was employed by the Interal Revenue Service from 1965 to 1980. She also worked as a Claims Clerk for the Soocial Security Administration from 1980 to 1990. She was formerly married to David L. Reid, Sr. and out of this union three children were born, David Jr., Sandren and Stephanie. She was a member of the Colonial Baptist Church. Sarah was a loving, kind and generous person. She was always willing to babysit with the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be greatly miss by her family, friends and loved ones. She leaves to mourn; three children David L. Ried, Jr., Sandra A. Miller and Bishop Stephanie D. Williams; five grandchildren, Denise Abrams, Louis Williamms Jr., Deborah Rawlings, Nicole Miller and Kesha Miller; nine great-grandchildren, Maceo Price, Brandaon Price, Brian Seymore, Niya Rawlings and Sir Lawrence Rawlings; daughter-in-law, Linda reid; grandson-in-law, Kenneth Abrams; son-in-law, Lawrence Rawlings; other relatives and friends.
