Savannash Wingate, age 81 of Baltimore, passed away peacefully on August 6, 2013. She was born in Lexington, Georgia to the late Tate & Fannie Faust on February 23,1932. Savannash was the last of fourteen children. She moved to Baltimore, Maryland in 1950 where she worked as a waitress and housekeeper in the private sector. Savannash was united in holy matrimony to the late Robert L. Wingate, Sr. on July 22,1962. Savannash leaves to cherish her precious memories, two sons, David J. Campbell of Atlanta, GA and Robert L. Wingate, Jr. (Deborah) of Baltimore, MD; one daughter, Lisa A. Wingate of Aberdeen, MD; seven grandchildren, Davin Carmichael Sr., J a mall Campbell, Jermain Campbell, James Campbell, Tyrrell Campbell, Latoya Johnson and Trionna Wingate; six great grandchildren, Tayvon Cole, Janiyah Campbell, Davin Carmichael Jr, Karmen Carmichael, Ayden Campbell, Tyrrell Campbell Jr; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
