SENADA CARLISE TERRY was born on January 21, 1934 in Chesterfield, Virginia to parents Josh and Ethel Shepperson. She entered eternal life on June 19, 2009. Senada accepted Christ at an early age at Mt. Gillard Baptist Church and also attended Hickory Hill Sr. High School in Virginia. She later married the late Eugene Flemming Terry Sr. and moved to Baltimore, Maryland, where they both raised seven kids and a devoted niece Barbara Jefferson. She was employed thirty years as domestic worker for a devoted family Florence Litt and Sylvia Passen.She also worked for the Offie of Employment Development Center part time as an housekeeper. While enduring all, Senada loved to play baseball, loved to dance, and to entertain with relatives and friends. Senada is preceded in death by her loving husband Eugene Flemming Terry Sr., son Eugene Flemming Terry Jr. and grandson Adrian M. Mayo. She leaves to cherish her memory: four sons, Bruce J. Terry Sallie, Barry R. Terry, William T. Terry, and James M. Terry Sr.; two daughters, Mildred L. Terry and Theresa S. Terry; one daughter-in-law, Inez S. Terry; one sister, Thelma Jefferson; one brother, Major Stepperson Nan; and one aunt, Ester Patterson who all reside in Virginia. Senada also leaves behind sixteen grandchildren, Dinesha Myles Keith, Shernia Mayo, Karnice Halford, Michael Halford, Arnicea Terry, Akina Jones Welton, Makeia Terry, James M. Terry Jr., Teonia Terry, Bruce Terry Jr. Ebony, Richard Terry, Nicole Powell, Barry Terry Jr., Sonada Terry, Latasha Reed and Mark Reed. Also she leaves behind thirty great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
