Sera Elizabeth Morgan-Dukes was born February 16, 1945 to the late John Henry and Susie Ethel Morgan. Sera received her education in Baltimore City Schools. Sera had four sisters: Ethel, Susie Ellen, Johnella and Helen Morgan, all preceding her in death. She was a devoted server of the Lord for over 20 years. She was a member of Excellence Ways Ministries. Sera departed this life on August 7, 2013 after a lengthy struggle with Cancer. Sera was married to the late Thomas N. Dukes, Sr. They had five sons, one of which preceded her in death, Thomas N. Dukes, Jr. Sera leaves to mourn, her children: Leon M. and Delia Dukes, George Dukes and Tynesia Dean, Paris and Asylia Dukes, Christopher and Jennifer Dukes; two daughters she never had, Dolly and Mary; sixteen grandchildren, seven great grand children, a best friend, Angie Austin; a host of nieces, nephews, loved ones, and friends.
