SHARON KNOX, daughter of the late Rudolph and Lucille Hurt. She was born on November 9, 1962 in Baltimore, Maryland. She departed this life on April 20, 2013 of a lengthy illness. Sharon was baptized at Saint Paul Baptist Church. She received her education from Dundalk High School. She became employed at Embassy Suites and The Days Inn as a Supervisor. On September 3, 1997, she was united in holy matrimony to Emmanuel Knox. They were together for over thirty years. She had a sweet and gentle personality that was embraced by all who knew her. She made numerous friends throughout the years and will be missed by all. Sharon leaves to mourn: her husband, Emmanuel Knox; one brother, Rudolph Hurt; four sisters, Thelma Hurt, Rosalind Johnson, Ruby Hurt and LaVerne Edmondson; sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law; and a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. I feel a warmth around me like your presence is so near, And I close my eyes to visualize your face when you were here. I endure the time we spent together and they are locked inside my heart, For as long as I have those memories we will never be apart.
