Shelley Ernest Edmonds,known as "Brighteyes", was born March 12, 1972 to Shirley Inman and Shelley Winchester. He departed this earth on April1,2020.

Shelley received his education in Baltimore City Public School Systems.

He worked for Baltimore Citv Parks and Recreation as aMotor Vehicle Driver.

Shelley enjoyed spending time with family and friends, making friends wherever he traveled. Shelley was truly a social butterfly. His hobbies and interests included playing cards, cooking, shopping and strolling down memory lane.He was a fun, loving, strong-willed, and charming person.

Shelley is survived by: his mother, Shirley Inman and his father Shelley Winchester two sons Bernard and Brandon;long-time companion and friend, Chanda Morton; three brothers, Anthony, Shawn, and James; one sister, Rochelle; Sister-in-law, Shantell; two aunts, Brenda and Diane; two uncles, Marvin and Walter; and host of many cousins, nieces, nephews, family, and friends; a paternal brotherand sister.
