Shirley Lorraine Stephens, was born on February 15, 1943 to Ernest and Bessie Briscoe. After a long battle with an illness she passed away on March 22, 2017 .

She attended Baltimore Cit y Schools and had a passion for sewing , c ooking and shopping .

Shirle y married Henr y St e phens in 1959. From thi s union the y were blessed with 5 Beautiful childr e n , Jo y (Stephens) Sheppard, Henr y Lee Stephens , Janice Lee Stephens, Paul Lamont Stephens and Andre Nelson Stephens who preced e d her.

Shirl e y was the Grandmother of 12 and had 1 Great Grandchild .

Shirle y investigated reli g ion. H e r investi g ation of r e ligion lea her to stud y God ' s Word and to becoming one of Jehovah's Witnesses . She wa s bapti z ed on April 19, 1985 and was a member of the Old Town Congregation at th e time of her death.
