SILVIA LEOLA BLACKWELL was born September 30, 1957 to the
late Dorothy Dunlap and the late William Blackwell.
Sylvia gave her life to Christ at a early age. She attended Baltimore City
Public Schools. Her last employment was at Capital Cake Company.
She was a fun and happy person, she loved helping people and she
would give the shirt right off of her back. She loved her children and
grandchildren and enjoyed family time, she also enjoyed cooking and
trying to sing. To know her is to love her.
She was preceded in death by: her youngest son, Lonnie; three sisters,
Gloria Holland, Ella Johnson and Gladys Blake; and brothers, William,
Albert, Stanley, Paul, Robert, Herman, David, William (Reds), Charles,
Marvin and Cornelius.
Sylvia leaves to mourn: her sons, Raymond Jr., Charles Sr. and Raydell;
grandchildren, Charles Jr., Lonnie Jr., Madysen, LalRoyal and Skye; two
sisters, Doris Coleman and Ester Norris; two brothers, Thomas and her
devoted brother Johnny; three sisters-in-law, Virginia, Lizz and Sheila;
two best friends, Phyllis Lee and Chandra Tolson; extended family, the
Johnson's and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
