Stella Louise Yarbro was born to the late James Thomas
Spence and Louise Elizabeth Spence on July 7, 1949 in Baltimore,
Maryland.

She graduated from Edmonson High School in 1967 and began
working as a Special Needs Educator at Rosewood Center in Owings
Mills, MD. Her passion working with physically and mentally disabled
children was well noted by the many certificates of accomplishment
and recognition received throughout her employment.

Stella was married to high school sweetheart, Earl Yarbro on
April 2, 1969 and out of this union came her only child,
Mark Elliott Yarbro. Along with her son Mark, some of Stella's
favorite things in life were cooking, couponing and music
(jazz especially). She loved going to outdoor concerts and
Orioles ball games with her mother and collected many souvenirs
along the way. She was best known for her outgoing personality
and creative skills with arts and crafts.

Stella is preceded in death by her sister, Dorothy Mae Harris
and brother, Thomas Spence. She is survived by her sister Clare
'Romaine' Wilkerson. Left to cherish her memory is her loving and
dedicated son, Mark Elliott Yarbro; daughter-in-law, Lonita F. Yarbro;
grandson, Mark Elliott Yarbro II and a host of nieces and nephews.
