Stephen Lawrence Sellman, son of the late Rudolph Lawrence Sellman
and Vivian S. Spence-Sellman,was born on April 11, 1960 in Baltimore,
Maryland. He was called home to glory on Saturday, September 29,
2018.
He received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System
and Augusta Military Academy.
After high school he was a jack-of-all-trades. He held employment with
various companies, such as Applebee's as a short-order cook, Brown
Fenris and Watts as a waste technician and also as a long-distance truck
driver.
Stephen was a fun-loving person and you could always find him laughing
and joking. He also loved to play backgammon and bill1ards. He was also
known to be a lover of food because he loved to eat. He made it known
that fried chicken was his favorite food and he would eat it everyday if
he could. '
He made numerous friends wherever he went and he will be sorely
missed by everyone.
He leaves to mourn: his mother, Vivian S. Spence-Sellman; two daugh-
ters, Nicole Sellman-Stoddart and Ashley Sellman; one brother, Rudolph
Sellman; one grandson, Marquise; four granddaughters, Sabree, Koren,
Kaelyn and Faith; two nephews, Trevor McLean and Devin Butcher; two
nieces, Teara Sellman-Parker and Shante Sellman. He was preceded in
death by his only son, Carlton Sellman; one sister, Angela Sellman and
one brother, Vernon Allen Spence. He also leavess to mourn an ex-wife
Wanda Smith; longtime companion Carolyn Edwards; his two good
friends Elliot and Richard along with a host of other relatives and friends.
