IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Steve Carnell
Knox, Sr.
December 20, 1950 – June 21, 2022
STEVE CARNELL KNOX SR., son of the late Nathaniel Knox and
Vertie Epps, was born on December 20, 1950. He was called home by
the Lord from this life on June 22, 2022. He will be welcomed in the
gates of heaven by his parents Nathaniel Knox and Vertie Epps, siblings
Alphonso and Anthony Knox, Deborah Johnson, Richard and Devoria
Epps, niece Allison Knox and his good friend Gerald Rooks who cant
wait to see him.
He received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System
and graduated from Fanny I. Barbara High School. He was employed by
Baltimore Gas Electric Company, and also worked at B. Green warehouse
in the early 80's until mid 90's.
Steve had a love for hanging out with family and friends, listening to
music, and cutting a rug. He was known for his dancing moves and
famous slogans like "I'm from Missouri, the show me state" or "Chill
baby, put it on ice". Always camera ready with his slick hair and fancy
clothes, this was not a shy guy, always down for fun and a great time.
Steve leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Parniece Elizabeth Knox;
two sons, Steve Jr. and Brandon Knox; four grandsons, Markus, Kenyon,
Kendal and Brandon Jr.; two granddaughters, Bria and Brielle; tWo
brothers, Alexander Knox and Don Epps; Iwo sisters, Francine Epps and
Linda Turner; and host of other relatives and friends.
